Newcastle United legend Alan Shearer has compared Belgium's dressing room to the experience he had at the Magpies in the late 1990s.
Shearer is one of the most impressive strikers in Premier League history, having the record for the most goals scored in the competition.
He also won the title with Blackburn Rovers earlier in his career, along with shining for England.
Speaking during World Cup coverage on the BBC, Shearer stated after Belgium were knocked out of the World Cup by Croatia: “There is no harm in having an experienced squad.
“The difference between the teams at the minute is hunger and desire and using it in the right way. What we have seen [from Belgium] so far is not good enough.
“[I had it at} Newcastle when Ruud [Gullit] was there. It was an unhappy dressing room, you are trying to conceal things and then go out and play. It looks like a similar thing happening here."
