Newcastle United legend Alan Shearer is dead against an England recall for Chelsea captain John Terry.
Three Lions legend Shearer, who earned 63 caps for his country, believes that any attempt to bring back the ex-skipper would be a mistake.
He said: "As good a player as he is, and as well as he's playing, I would not go along with him going to the World Cup.
"He's England's best centre-half at the moment but it would bring a hell of a lot of unwanted baggage to the team."
