The English left-back bought Harrod's gift baskets for roughly 50 members of the club's staff at their Carrington training ground.
Each hamper is said to have a value of roughly £250.
It is not the first time that Shaw has shown such generosity to the club's staff, per the Daily Mail.
He showed his appreciation with a similar gesture last year.
One staff insider is quoted by the Mail as saying: "Fair play, it's really good of him. He's done it a few years now and it's certainly gone down very well with everyone.
"It's a nice touch, he doesn't have to do it and, looking at the hampers, they won't come cheap."
