Sevilla sports chief Monchi insists he has no regrets over his 18 months with AS Roma.
Monchi insists he would do it all again.
“I came back here earlier than I expected. The results at Roma weren't what I expected, but I have no regrets," he told reporters in Spain.
“The best night was when we eliminated Barcelona from the Champions League, the worst was the defeat to Porto.
“The hardest thing for me was being apart from my family, but I would go back to Rome."
Monchi continued: “I experienced the Rome derby, but it is different there. Rome is a different city. The derby that is more like Sevilla-Betis is the one between Genoa and Sampdoria.
“It is played everywhere, on the streets, in the neighbourhoods, at the supermarket. There are 11 players that represent a hundred thousand."
