Sevilla midfielder Ivan Rakitic was delighted with their victory over Barcelona last night.

Jules Kounde and Rakitic scored to win the first-leg of their Copa del Rey semifinal 2-0.

Rakitic said, "The result has been very positive, but we know that we have not done anything.

"We are very happy, we have fought until the end but we know that we have a great fight left in Barcelona."

As he said going into the game, Rakitic did not celebrate his goal scored against his former team, "Because I have a lot of affection and respect for them.

"I have had six wonderful years and respect is above all. Very happy to score but it was a rare moment; One thing does not remove the other."
