Sevilla have passed on signing Miguel Layun permanently from Porto.

The Mexico wing-back is interesting Arsenal, along with several European rivals.

O Jogo says Sevilla had an option to the end of June to sign Layun outright after his six-month loan, but chose not to trigger it.

Porto remain keen to cash in on the 30 year-old and are encouraging offers.

Arsenal, AC Milan and Olympique Marseille are all in contact.
