Sevilla are playing a waiting game with respect to Blackburn forward Ben Brereton Diaz.
The 22-year-old has been superb for Rovers this term, and he has also been firing at international level.
Brereton Diaz is now Chilean, and starred at the Copa America for his nation.
According to The Sun, Sevilla were interested in signing Brereton Diaz, and even contemplated a winter move.
However, they are happy to play a waiting game, even until the end of next season, when they can certainly sign him on a free transfer.
Blackburn can extend his deal, which expires this summer, by one more year to avoid losing him on a free when this season ends.
