Sevilla are determined to keep hold of Bryan Gil this summer.
The winger's form on-loan with Eibar has won him Spain recognition this year.
AS says Gil is under contract at Sevilla until 2023 with a release clause of €50 million. That should be enough to give most sides some pause for thought over pursuing the winger but Sevilla are intent on covering all their bases when it comes to the young Spain international and are set to offer an extension to 2025 while hiking Gil's clause to €100m as a minimum, €150m if all parties are in agreement.
Sevilla chief Monchi is sure Gil is on the path to global stardom and wants some insurance that he will not be allowed to leave on the cheap, although Sevilla would much rather he remain at the Sánchez Pizjuán when he returns from his loan spell at Eibar.
