Gerard Pique scored at the death and Martin Braithwaite notched an extra time goal to send Barcelona to the 2020/21 Copa del Rey Final with a dramatic 3-0 victory over Sevilla in their semi-final second leg on Wednesday night at the Camp Nou.
Afterwards, Sevilla coach Julen Lopetegui said: "It was a match in which we experienced the most cruel part of football. We arrived with one less and they should also have had one less. It's a shame. A lot of things happened to us, we had injuries, we conceded a goal on the first shot ... We didn't break down and we had the options to qualify. It wasn't like that and we're disappointed."
The Sevilla coach did not want to say too much on the referee's performance: "Little more can be said, if you talk a lot you already know what happens to you. I think that Mingueza's action was not right, it was a clear chance of scoring. He has seen it like this ... ".
