The former Manchester City junior is starring with Sevilla, where he is playing on a two-year loan. The deal includes the option for Sevilla to sign him permanently for €6 million - and does not include a recall option.
However, Sport says Barca are confident they retain final say on Suarez thanks to Ivan Rakitic being part of the complicated deal.
Indeed, while they're banned in 2015 by FIFA from working the two transfer windows, Barca believe they'll be clear to re-sign Suarez if needed.
