Sevilla have agreed terms for Napoli midfielder Luca Cigarini.

The Italian will complete his move once he passes a Sevilla medical.

"Sevilla FC are going to use the services of Italian midfielder Luca Cigarini, one the player passes a medical examination and signs all documents," a statement on Sevilla's official website, Sevillafc.es says.

"An agreement in principle has been reached between Napoli - the owner of the contract of the player - and Sevilla.

"Cigarini will arrive at Sevilla on loan with the option to purchase the player at the end of the campaign. Making it effective would be a contract for a further four seasons with the club.

"The player should fly into Sevilla on Tuesday pending airline availability to pass the medical tests and sign the contract."
