Sergi Samper was delighted to make a winning Barcelona debut against Getafe.

Samper was satisfied after his team's 6-0 hammering of Getafe in his league debut for Barcelona.

He said it was "a dream. I am very happy. It was the only competition I hadn't played in and to play alongside these players is a real dream.

"The fact is that we are at a very high level, doing things very well and hopefully it will go on like this. We know it is vital to continue this way as it gives us a lot of confidence with regard to the Champions League."
