Portland Timbers are trialing Serbian defender Aleksandar Ignjatovic according to TimbersInsider.

The 23-year old, currently with homeland club FK Borac Cacak, is training with the first-year MLS club who are looking to add some depth to their defence.

Ignjatovic has represented Serbia at U21 level and also had a loan deal with Dutch club Feyenoord Rotterdam in 2009.
