Sepp van den Berg stuck in limbo at Liverpool

Sepp van den Berg is still waiting for his international clearance at Liverpool.

The former PEC Zwolle defender missed the friendly at Tranmere Rovers due to the delays.

And the Independent says it looks like he could be ruled out to face Bradford City on Sunday as the Dutchman is kept waiting.

Paperwork for the 17-year-old, who arrived last month from PEC Zwolle for an initial £1.3million fee, is still being processed by FIFA and until the club receives official confirmation, he is only allowed to train with the squad.

It's looking increasingly likely he'll have to wait for the Reds' US tour to make his maiden appearance.
