Rosella Sensi insists reports of an imminent takeover bid for Roma from American billionaire George Soros is wide of the mark.

The Roma executive director said: "The team has grown and what makes me happy is that this group continues to improve regardless of the stories.

"Through press releases I've made it clear on several occasions that no one wants to buy the Roma."
