Segers joins Jol team at Fulham

Hans Segers has joined the coaching team at Fulham.

Jol has linked up with Hans Segers again after appointing him the club's goalkeeping coach.

The recently-appointed Dutchman has brought in fellow countryman Segers to fill the role vacated by Kevin Hitchcock.

Segers worked with Jol at Tottenham, while Ray Lewington has been promoted from a youth coaching role to one of Jol's assistant.

"[Hans] comes from PSV Eindhoven, I worked with him in my time at Spurs so I know him very well," he said.

"We started off with Ray Lewington because he's probably a main figure here, at this club, he knows everything.

"He was here when Roy [Hodgson] was here and working here for the academy when Mark [Hughes] was here, so I think he's a key figure here."

Jol had already previously drafted in brother Cornelis Jol and Michael Lindeman to the management set-up at Craven Cottage.
