DC United have acquired the services of Alex Caskey from Seattle Sounders.
The Black-and-Reds have signed the 25-year old midfielder in exchange for a third-round pick in the 2016 MLS SuperDraft.
Caskey joined the Sounders via the 2011 MLS SuperDraft and went on to make 30 appearances in two season for the Seattle outfit.
The Georgia native will get the opportunity to make his debut for DC when the Washington club hosts Columbus Crew in their 2014 MLS season opener on March 8.
