DeAndre Yedlin will join Tottenham in January after securing a work permit, according to Sky Sports. The north London club announced in August that Yedlin had agreed a four-year deal to move from Seattle Sounders for £2.5m, but he did not meet the requirements to work in the UK.
The 21 year old full back subsequently pursued a Latvian passport due to heritage in his family but Sky Sports understands the player has been granted a Governing Body Endorsement and will not need the Latvian passport.
