Scunthorpe United will only sell Gary Hooper for big money.
Celtic, Middlesbrough, Wolverhampton Wanderers, Wigan Athletic and Leeds United have also been linked with a move for the 22-year-old striker since the end of the season.
Scunthorpe are thought to be looking for a fee of more than £2m for Hooper, whose goals helped to keep the club in the Championship.
Iron chairman Steve Wharton said: "There are four or five clubs showing an interest in Gary.
"We have had some bids too but these have been turned down. If someone comes in with an offer that we cannot refuse, and providing it is a club that Gary wants to go to, then something might happen."
