Manchester City midfielder George Evans has joined Scunthorpe United on-loan to season's end.
The 20-year-old spent most of 2013-14 with the Iron's League One rivals Crewe, scoring once in 25 games.
He is available for Scunthorpe's home game with Leyton Orient on Saturday.
Evans is the second new arrival at Glanford Park this week after the signing of former Shrewsbury Town goalkeeper Joe Anyon.
