Scottish goalkeeper legend Alan Rough has urged Celtic to sign Manchester City keeper Shay Given.
Rough is confident Celtic can persuade Given to sign long-term with the Hoops.
He told the Scottish Sun: "He's still a top-class keeper and is probably a better proposition than the other big names who have only come in for six months at a time.
"If he was here for a whole season he would definitely think about staying."
