Scotland assistant coach Steven Reid admits they'll be watching Billy Gilmour for Chelsea's Premier League restart.

The teen can expect to see some action given the rash of games.

Reid said, “It will be interesting to see if Billy starts games at Chelsea.

“The way he burst on to the scene there was incredible.

“The maturity of his performances at such a young age – there's no doubt he looks the part.

“Going forward, he could possibly get even more games for Chelsea now, picking up more experience. If he continues what he's doing, it's just a matter of time before he's in the Scotland squad. You would be an idiot to say otherwise."
