Manchester United midfielder Scott McTominay is out of Scotland's World Cup qualifier Denmark on Monday night.
McTominay, 24, missed the win over Moldova on Friday due to a throat virus and has not recovered in time for the final Group F fixture at the start of next week.
Speaking ahead of the match Clarke ruled out the United midfielder and revealed striker Lyndon Dykes is also a doubt for the match.
“Scott is definitely out," the manager told reporters at his press conference. "Scott hasn't recovered enough from his virus.
“Lyndon didn't do very much this morning. Lyndon, I would put at 50-50."
