Former Brazil coach Luiz Felipe Scolari has urged Neymar to return to Barcelona.

Barca are keen to bring Neymar back from PSG this summer.

"To Neymar, I'd tell him today, knowing what I know, go back, go back to Barcelona," said Scolari.

"If the chance comes up, you will go back to having the chance to be the best player in the world, in equal conditions with those players that are always chosen."

Scolari coached Neymar in the 2014 World Cup.
