Manchester United legend Paul Scholes wants Jose Mourinho to survive the sack this weekend.
Scholes has been a vocal critic of the ex-Chelsea boss - who he says is "embarrassing the club" and lucky to still be in charge.
But he told BBC 5 Live: "Yes I do (think he should stay).
"I'm sick of him moaning about what he hasn't got though, when I think he really should be concentrating on what he has got.
"I think he's got some really good quality in the squad who are really low on confidence.
"Now Jose over the years has been a really brilliant coach - his record suggests that - he's been one of the very best.
"Now I'd like to see him stay and show us what a good coach he is.
"It's probably the biggest challenge of his career so far."
