Oldham Athletic boss Paul Scholes says Ole Gunnar Solskjaer should be given the fulltime job at Manchester United.
Scholes believes that his former team-mate, currently in a caretaker role at Old Trafford following the departure of Jose Mourinho, has what it takes should he be given the job on a permanent basis.
"I'd have no issues whatsoever [with Solskjaer getting the job]," said Scholes. "With what he's done for these last 11 games - I know people will start to question because now because he's lost a game but that was PSG.
"That could happen to the most experienced manager in the world because PSG are a top team. I think for what he's done so far he definitely deserves a chance."
