West Bromwich Albion midfielder Paul Scharner has urged teammates to show no fear in their Carling Cup clash with Manchester City.
The Austrian has told his team-mates to show Roberto Mancini's superstars no respect tonight.
Scharner said: "We need to believe we belong in the top-flight and can play against the top teams. All the smaller teams have too much respect for the big teams."
