Paul Scharner has urged West Bromwich Albion to believe more in themselves.

The Austrian international insists his side needs to have more belief when they come up against the established power-houses.

Scharner told talkSPORT: "We need to believe we belong in the top-flight. And that's not just West Brom - all the smaller teams have too much respect for the big teams.

"We have a saying in Austria that the 'big teams also cook with normal water'."
