AC Milan president Paolo Scaroni says Italian football's coronavirus lockdown has cost the club €30m.
Scaroni also insists all plans for the summer market have been suspended until August under owners Elliott Management.
He stated, "The lockdown period cost us about 30 million, including missed stadium takings and some smaller sums from sponsors. We had to postpone many market and other decisions: we will make them in August.
"As in all businesses, solid properties are needed. Of course we look with regret at the accounts but with Elliott the future of Milan is not in prejudice, others are more in difficulty. With financial fair play there is no other choice: it is necessary to increase the revenues."
