Sassuolo winger Jeremie Boga admits the Premier League remains the best competition in the world.
Boga left Chelsea last year to sign permanently with the Serie A outfit. With the Blues, he also played on-loan in Spain with Granada and France with Rennes.
He told Foot Mercato, "To compare to England, it's less intense. There is a lot more stoppages of play, tactics. There is more possession while in England, it is really 'we all go forward'.
"In France, it's a bit similar, it's a technical championship where we like to play ball with a lot of good young players. In terms of intensity, England is really the best championship."
Boga added: "The assessment is rather positive. The first year, despite my injury where I missed two, three months, I came back well. This year, I'm getting stronger and stronger, especially at the statistical level. For the moment, the result is positive."
