Sassuolo president Giovanni Carnevali says Manuel Locatelli deserves a big club move.
The midfielder is being tracked by Manchester City, Barcelona and Juventus this season.
And Carnevali said: "My hope is that it is a big club.
"I do not know whether it is Juve or City or others of global value.
"He deserves it and has the qualities to play there (in a big club)."
