Sassuolo midfielder Locatelli proud to score in Italy triumph

Sassuolo midfielder Manuel Locatelli is proud to have scored for Italy in their World Cup qualifying win against Bulgaria.

The Azzurri won a hard-fought game 2-0 as Locatelli came off the bench and curled a wonderful right-foot finish to secure the victory in Sofia.

“I've still got goosebumps, it's unbelievable. These are enormous emotions that I will always hold within me, it's just indescribable," Locatelli told RAI Sport.

“I know that I need to score more goals in my career.

"I am grateful for the compliments, but I know in football it can go from one side to the other in an instant, so it's important to keep our balance."
