Sassuolo chief Carnevali not giving up keeping Boga; expects Sensi sale

Sassuolo sports director Giovanni Carnevali isn't giving up on keeping Jeremie Boga next season.

The winger has been linked with Napoli in recent days.

But Carnevali told La Domenica Sportiva: "Boga has grown a lot, we must give credit to (coach Roberto) De Zerbi who made him grow: he is requested by various clubs but we intend to keep him, we do not want to sell him because he will continue in the project that Dr. Squinzi had in mind.

"He will be Neroverde also next season."

Carnevali also has confirmed they expect to sell Stefano Sensi to Inter Milan, where he's currently on-loan.

He added: "I don't think Inter are in difficulty, I think they will make important maneuvers: knowing (Inter GM Beppe) Marotta, he will have clear ideas. We are talking, I believe that the agreement will be found for him and the Nerazzurri also in the next season."
