Maurizio Sarri has told Eden Hazard that he is capable of winning the Ballon D'Or with Chelsea.
The Belgian said last week that he may have to move to Spain in order to win the award.
Hazard, whose contract expires in 2020, is being heavily pursued by Real Madrid. But Sarri believes he can achieve bigger things at Stamford Bridge.
"Of course Eden for us he is a fantastic player," said Sarri at his pre-match press conference before Saturday's clash with Manchester United.
"It will be very important for us if he will remain with us, it will be very important.
"I think also he can win everything, also the Ballon D'Or, here without playing in Spain. Chelsea will be able to win the Champions League, Belgium will be able to win the European Cup."
On former Real chief Ramon Calderon stating Hazard was being treated like by Chelsea, Sarri added: "I don't know what to say (laughs). I don't think so. in the last three months he has been very happy, so I don't think so."
