Maurizio Sarri has delivered his ultimatum to the Chelsea board.
The Blues were thrashed 6-0 by Manchester City on Sunday, their heaviest defeat in the Premier League era.
Despite the result, reports have stated the Chelsea board are still supporting Sarri, who they appointed last summer.
However, the Italian has demanded that the club provide him with a squad who can comply with his tactical demands.
Sarri believes his current playing group are inept tactically and are not able to implement his game plan, according to Metro.
The result against City was Sarri's breaking point with his squad, and he now wants the club to decide whether to back him or sack him.
