Barcelona star Neymar is facing suspension from the El Clasico against Real Madrid.
Neymar was sent off during defeat to Malaga, but it was a lack of discipline after being shown red which is likely to cost him.
As Neymar left the pitch he sarcastically applauded the fourth official. And that could be a major problem for the player.
Ref Gil Manzano included Neymar's actions in his report: "In the 65th minute player (number 11) Da Silva Santos J, Neymar was sent off for the following reason: second yellow", adding "After being sent off and when he was heading towards the tunnel to the dressing rooms, he applauded the fourth official".
Neymar will be suspended for one game for the two yellow cards. But he will also likely face a further two to three game ban under article 117 of the disciplinary code, for contempt of the officials.
Barcelona play Real Sociedad next weekend, before the Clásico on Sunday 23 April, meaning Neymar is almost certain to miss the match against Real Madrid.
