Santos are desperate to secure Paulo Henrique Ganso to a new contract.
Ganso is a top target for Manchester United and Inter Milan.
Santos president Luis Alvaro de Oliveira Ribeiro told Terra: "We'll put together a plan for Ganso before the offers come from abroad, as they did with Chelsea for Neymar. Paulo Henrique, like Neymar, is a precious gem with great potential. Hopefully he will stay."
