Kevin De Bruyne has stated that Leroy Sane and Ilkay Gundogan can help Manchester City lift the Premier League title this season.

City have been very active in the transfer market this summer following the arrival of manager Pep Guardiola and the two most high profile signings for the Citizens have been of German duo Leroy Sane and Ilkay Gundogan.

Attacking midfielder De Bruyne is excited about the prospect of playing alongside the German duo and has stated that they can help City go after the title with confidence in 2016/17.

Speaking to the Bild, De Bruyne said: "Leroy Sane is a class player. I want him to shine with my assists.

"My aim is the title. To reach this it's important we have new players like Sane or Gundogan."
