Sampdoria striker Eder has played down talk of an Italy call up.

The Brazilian-born striker holds an Italian passport.

"I only think about the next game, which is the one against Inter," Eder has said to Sky Sport Italia.

"Everybody knows the Italian national team, it has made history. Obviously their interest is flattering, but I don't think about it."
