Sampdoria captain Angelo Palombo insists there's no problems with Samuel Eto'o.

There were reports Eto'o threw a strop after being named on the bench for their game with Genoa, which has since been postponed.

"No, that's not true," insisted captain Palombo on Sky Sport Italia.

"Eto'o simply had a muscular problem and the Coach thought it best not to risk him getting injured further."
