Italian club Sampdoria have revealed that they were keen on bringing in Fulham's Diomansy Kamara.
The interest came prior to them signing Manchester United's Federico Macheda on loan but they have confirmed that Kamara was certainly a target at one stage says his agent Fabrizio Ferrari.
"They wanted Kamara on loan for six months, but there weren't the right conditions for the successful conclusion of the deal," he told calciomercato.com.
