Walter Zenga is set to take the job at Sampdoria.

Sinisa Mihajlovic announced his departure from Sampdoria yesterday.

Sky Italia says Zenga has been offered a one-year deal by Samp president Massimo Ferrero worth €700,000.

The Inter Milan legend has previous Serie A experience with Palermo and Catania.
