Red Bull Salzburg midfielder Luigi Bruins has claimed he received offers from clubs in England during the recent transfer window.
The 24-year old former HollandU21 international left Feyenoord at the end of last season before eventually ending up in Austria on a free transfer but he has revealed there was plenty of interest prior to him joining Salzburg.
"I got summer offers from England, Russia and Ukraine," he told Voetbal Primeur. "That was a lot of money, but I decided not to go there.
"(Red Bull) is a well-organised club - the best of Austria. I have great confidence in my stay here."
