Tottenham are set to miss out on RB Salzburg coach Jesse Marsch.
The Daily Star says Spurs have suffered another blow in their manager search after being snubbed by Marsch.
Salzburg coach Marsch was on the Spurs shortlist to replace Jose Mourinho and had been sounded out by the north London club.
But he is now expected to join Leipzig next season instead, after reaching an agreement with them over the last few hours.
Ironically, Spurs had already been snubbed this week by current Leipzig boss Julian Nagelsmann, who is leaving to take over at Bayern Munich.
Nagelsmann agreed a five-year deal with Bayern on Tuesday after the Bundesliga champions negotiated £22million in compensation to RB Leipzig.
