Salernitana winger Franck Ribery has suffered a minor head injury after being involved in a car crash.
Ribery will remain sidelined for a few days as a precaution.
The incident took place in the early hours of Sunday morning, when the car crashed into a traffic light in the town of Laura di Capaccio Paestum in the province of Salerno, Italy.
Il Corriere dello Sport says Ribery, who wasn't driving the vehicle, was rushed to hospital before he was given the green light to return home.
Meanwhile, Salernitana are currently bottom of Serie A with just 15 points after 25 games played. Ribery joined Salernitana last summer after being released by Fiorentina.
