Former AC Milan coach Arrigo Sacchi insists Juventus will survive Cristiano Ronado's departure to Manchester United.

Both Juve and United confirmed the transfer this morning.

Sacchi told La Gazzetta dello Sport: "(Romelu) Lukaku and Cristiano Ronaldo are two phenomena, there is no doubt. But with Ronaldo what have Juve won in Europe? Nothing. So then? If you don't have the ideas, or if you don't know how to develop them, don't go far: you can win in Serie A, because your opponents don't have your economic power, but they don't in the Champions League.

"The player, even the best in the world, must be the team. Otherwise it is of little use. The Italy that won the European Championship is an example to follow."
