Italian transfer guru Walter Sabatini has slammed claims Juventus are out of the title race.
Sabatini says Juve are primed to hunt down leaders Napol when Serie A resumes.
“It's an act of football perversion to call for (Max) Allegri's dismissal now," Sabatini told Radio Bianconera.
“We are talking about a man who won repeated Serie A titles and achieved it during an historically difficult time. Juventus cannot find anything better on the market than him, so I find those who want him sacked to be a bit bizarre.
“Napoli are running away, there's no doubt about it, but that doesn't mean Juventus won't become their definitive antagonists for the title. Anyone who thought that two months ago was fantasising, it was totally unthinkable until recently.
“Juventus have rediscovered themselves, not just for the six wins in a row, but for how those were achieved. Allegri has done an excellent job."
