Ryan Fraser tribute to Bournemouth after split

Ryan Fraser has paid tribute to Bournemouth after leaving the club.

Fraser this week departed Eddie Howe's squad following the expiration of his contract, having joined from Aberdeen in January 2013.

A post on the winger's Instagram account said: “I just wanted to write this message to thank everyone at the club for the incredible journey we have all been on since coming down from Aberdeen when I was 17.

“I've experienced so many amazing moments at the Vitality and will always look back with great fondness from my time at the club.

“I leave with so many special memories and being part of the group of players that achieved promotions from League One all the way to the Premier League, which I will always treasure.

“I would like to thank everyone at the club, Eddie Howe, Jason Tindall, Stephen Purches and every staff member that makes the club so special and such a close family.

“To my team-mates, I've made some incredible friends for life.

“Obviously, I'd like to send a special thank you to all of the fans that have supported me since the start of the journey.

“Bournemouth will always hold a special place in my heart and I wish the club and the town nothing but success in the future."
