Former Bournemouth star Ryan Fraser is set to join Newcastle United.

The Scotland international is a free agent, with his contract with the Cherries running out in June.

Now he is set to choose his new club, with the Magpies close to wrapping up the deal.

Sky Sports News reports he will undergo a medical on Monday and then sign a contract.

The 26-year-old will give manager Steve Bruce more attacking options going into the new Premier League season.

Newcastle are also close to adding Callum Wilson to their squad.
