AS Monaco winger Alexander Golovin has urged Dynamo Moscow whiz Arsen Zakharyan not to give up on joining Chelsea.
A move to London has stalled due to financial sanctions on Russia, though there is hope of finding a solution by January.
Golovin told Sport-Express: "Of course, this is a very good player. I didn't watch Dynamo games that much, and we didn't play together very often in the national team, but I immediately realised that this is a very talented football player. He has an excellent vision of the field, he immediately understands what the coach wants from him. Even before the moment when Arsen receives the ball, he already knows what he will do with it next.
"Too bad he couldn't leave now. But, if there is such an opportunity further in the future, I think he should try. Even if he's sent on loan first, Chelsea have a very serious selection of players in the attacking line, and it's hard to start playing right away.
"And at his age, you need to play! In any case, you must try."
